Sluts & Guts Says: I first saw this movie on late night tv. As a 12 year old, I was blown away by the Dodge M4S Turbo Interceptor. Looking back, I think the movie could have been been about just about anything, but I wouldn't have cared. Mmm… That sweet, sweet Turbo Interceptor!
The Wraith tells the story of a murdered Arizona teen who mysteriously returns from the dead as an all-powerful street-racing wraith intent on taking revenge on a gang of car thieves and their psychotic leader, who murdered the teen so the leader could then exert emotional control over the dead teen’s girlfriend using intimidation.
Here’s the original trailer from The Wraith. Looking back, it’s pretty cheesy and feels really low budget.

“The Wraith” is a piece of nostalgic 1980’s nighttime cinema. Even though Charlie Sheen is the main character, it’s the supporting cast that makes this movie awesome.
